WebJan 8, 2024 · I don’t THINK bl3 uses more than 8 threads. It could well use 6 though. Is there anything else running in the background? It could very well be other things too, like some system or other doing processing on CPU. Not a pro, not even very good. I’m just old and have time currently. Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake. This was fixed maybe 6 months back? He used to be a "rare spawn" along with a bunch of others. As long as youve done it once he should respawn.

The chests generally never reset with quitting, there are a few exceptions, like the proving grounds ones I think they do, but most are timed. I don't know if you can cheat the system by changing the clock on your pc. #3.
