Dosage Naltrexone is generally in doses of 3.5 mg or less for treating fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. Typically you will start at 1.5mg, work up to 3mg, then increases to 4.5. The effects attributed to low dose are not seen at high dose.
